After earning his Masters of Accounting degree from the University of Texas, Dustin Lombard started his career in the Auditing and Consulting department of the national accounting firm BKD, LLP, and is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas. As a founding member of Savory Group, Lombard has been instrumental in managing its growth from start-up to present. At each property, he is responsible for financial forecasting, budgeting, expense control and the coordination of financial audits. Lombard is also heavily involved in service and guest relations for each of the restaurants.
