Richard Purkiss is the FOH Specialist for Savory Group. Spending nearly 5 years as Dining Director and General Manager of Savory Group’s Larkspur and Avondale, as well as consulting on the opening of Centre V, Purkiss specializes in all aspects of the Front of the House and also on electronic media and menu design.
In an extensive career spanning two decades that has spread from Great Britain to the US, Purkiss has had the privilege of working at many different 5 Star resorts, as well as Michelin Starred and Recommended restaurants.
Purkiss earned his BA in Hospitality Management from the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham, England as well as the WSET Higher Certificate.
